How do I place a custom order?

Ordering one of our custom Lean 5S Products shadow boards, cleaning stations, safety boards, tool foam inserts, or production boards, is as easy as 1,2,3.

  1. Specs for Design: For 5S Boards & Foam you need to identify the tools/equipment you want to organize. Provide us a list (photos, part numbers/links, and/or dimensions are preferred). Provide company logos, labels, and consider any workspace constraints (wall space or drawer dimensions). Choose either wall-mount or mobile units for boards. We will send you the design for approval. 
  2. Estimate: Once your design/dimensions are approved (or pretty close), we will provide you a estimate with shipping costs. 
  3. Order: Upon written approval of design and finalization of quantities, we will EMAIL you an invoice for payment. The invoice has a payment link that accepts both credit card and ACH.  PAYMENT IS DUE WITH ORDER. 
What can I customize?

Basically anything we print...Logos, labels, colors, tools, metrics, backgrounds, etc. Even our mobile units are custom fit to your board dimensions.

How long is shipping time?

From our Midwest production facility it is usually 2-4 days in transit for most US locations.

How do you ship my order?

Custom orders are almost always LTL Freight due to the size and weight. Smaller items like floor graphics, custom shadow foam, accessories, or cleaning equipment are shipped UPS and occasionally USPS.

Can I sent up an account with terms?

Since all of our orders a customer specific, we do NOT allow terms. Payment is due with order. If you company has an extensive vendor approval process, please provide any intake forms as soon as possible, so we can assist you in getting the approvals you need.

What is your return policy?

We do not allow returns on custom products, which we why we have you approve the artwork prior to placing the order. However, if something is damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to file a claim and get it replaced.
